The Department of Tamil under the self-financed section, offers, Part I Tamil to undergraduate students as part of the B.Sc., B.Com., BBA and BCA programmes. The course aims at enhancing the language proficiency, speaking skills knowledge of Tamil literature and grammar of the students.
Goals
- Developing proficiency in Tamil of the students through verse writing, short story writing, enacting drama & description
- To create awareness about the richness of Tamil literature, grammar based on Tamil culture through the study of Tamil literature and grammar
