MANASA CLUB

Mental wellness is a journey involving self-care, resilience, and mindfulness for a purposeful life. MANASA aims to support mental wellness on college campuses, where stress, academics, and lifestyle often impact students' mental health. Key challenges include anxiety about the future, neglect of diet, exercise, and sleep, which are crucial for mental health. Mental Health Awareness Month, held each May since 1949, focuses on reducing stigma, supporting education, and advocating for mental health policies. This year’s theme is 'You Are Not Alone,' reinforcing the importance of connection and support.
