ECO CLUB

The Eco Club of Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College, established in 2025, is committed to fostering environmental awareness and promoting sustainable practices within the campus community. The club undertakes a range of initiatives including tree plantation drives, waste management programs, recycling initiatives, and campus cleanliness campaigns to promote ecosystem health. It also organizes seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns to educate students and faculty on critical environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, energy efficiency, and water management. By actively participating in national and international environmental observances and collaborating with local communities, the Eco Club extends its impact beyond the campus. Since its inception, the club has played a pivotal role in cultivating responsibility, leadership, and teamwork among members, contributing significantly to the institution’s vision of sustainable and environmentally conscious future.
